According to the county, the eastern half is 121st Place Northeast, but it turns into 146th Avenue Northeast.

From the imagery it looks like there is three levels of road, ground level, a middle level and the upper level for the Lewis and Clark Highway. Or am I not reading the imagery correctly? The way the roads cross seems wrong without there being multiple levels. Can you review your edit?

Could you verify the street address of this house. The adjacent street is tagged as 2nd Avenue Southwest and you used South 2nd Ave. BTW - we spell out street names in OSM -- the reason is software has a hard time unabbreviating.

One suggestion. Where the crosswalk intersects the road, add a node with a tag to describe the type of crosswalk. highway=crossing + crossing=marked/unmarked
