I reverted this edit. Please just don't drag a building outline to another building. You can copy the tags to the correct building. Also the opening_hours tag is using the wrong format as well as the phone numbers.

It's likely not the OSM data but the routing software that is the problem. Routers should avoid using service roads unless they need to use the road to reach their destination. For example in a park-n-ride location they would use service roads. I'd suggest removing the access=no from this way. Otherwise a bike couldn't use it. Can you review this edit? Thanks.

#TIP: Other background imagery, right hand side in editor, can sometime have more recent imagery. In this case the ESRI imagery shows the roads. I aligned your road with the ESRI Imagery.

Also - street names are spelled out in OSM because software has a hard time unabbreviating.
