Can you help me understand what you are trying to accomplish. It appears you removed a footway only to add back in to mostly identical footways. Also if the footway exists but is not legal to use, it should be marked as access=no or access=private. But it should not be removed as long as it exists.

The path you removed is visible from the parcel viewer so we know that it exists.

In OSM it's acceptable to map private property. In this case if the road is restricted, just add an appropriate access= tag to the way. Can you review this edit and add the road back?

Yes - I was referring to the Swinomish Reservation. If you look at how we tag counties and states we use the wikidata item for the county and state not a generic admin boundary. I believe we want the reservation wikidata/wikipedia information.

Why change from a specific wikidata tag to a generic tag?
