Question - is the entire beach part of the shoreline restoration area? If so, the tag should be on the area. Also we don't use descriptive names. I'd add access=no to the area and tag it as boundary=protective_area. See boundary=protected_area for the various types of classifications. Let me know if you need any help.

The county doesn't recognise the road. I would leave it as a highway=service, service=driveway. Also - I only add access=private if the driveway is posted keep out or no trespassing.

#TIP: When sidewalks go under roofs - I just disconnect the roof section, tag it as building=roof and layer=1. There is also a covered tag for sidewalks but this looked like a roof.

Also - The building is tagged as a church - can you add the denomination?

You have overlapping buildings. Also imagery shows multiple building by you drew one large building.
