I noticed all of your building additions. It appears like an import. I don't recall seeing any discussion about it. Please refer to osm.wiki/Import/Guideline before continuing.

Private road shown on street signs just indicate that no local government is responsible for it's upkeep. They are usually added by the developer.

I removed the private access tag on the street. According to the county, this is a public road. If I'm wrong please let me know and I can revert my change.

The way way/542314586#map=18/47.15731/-122.28532 which you connected to did not have connections from the two footpaths in front of Lowes. You are correct, that wasn't your mistake. I was relying on the report in osmcha. See https://osmcha.mapbox.com/changesets/75787096/ which complains of crossing ways.

The Airmark Apartments should be a building. Either as a node or polygon. As it stands now, there is a residential landuse inside of a commercial landuse.

Watch for crossing ways. It looks like you missed a couple of pedestrian ways when you added in the service road. They have been fixed.

There is already an Apple office building on the site. It was added as a 3D bldg. You can see it here https://osmbuildings.org/?lat=47.62175&lon=-122.34473&zoom=18.2&tilt=30. I deleted your building. If the 3D rendering is wrong - please fix it. I also noticed a construction area. Do you know if the building is in use yet?

Can you add a tag that describes the business type of Granlund Wodwind Repair? Adding a tag will help it appear and to be found in a search. Something like shop=musical_instrument?
