Since the state law defines the river channel as the boundary, a better way to define the boundary is to use the river as part of the county boundary relation. I'm not sure how well the iD editor (the browser editor) will handle the relation but it's fairly straight forward using JOSM.

And since the Yakima Nation boundary is also needing improving we could do both.

If you are interested, I can point you to some documents in how to edit with JOSM.

This changeset is just a bunch of untagged nodes. It looks like you were attempting to add a stream or two. Do you need help fixing?

Tip: try not to connect unlike features, like the pipeline that accidentally got connect to to SE Newport Wy. The editor does try to snap features together which makes it harder to edit.

I changed the footway to an unmarked crossing at the two intersections. I also removed the crossing nodes that connect the two crossing to the sidewalk. Ideally it should be tagged with the type of curb. See my write up on how to map sidewalks https://www.snowandsnow.us/articles/Mapping-Sidewalks/

tip - instead of deleting the building and address, the editor allows you to save just the address tags to reuse. Just select the outline and a pull down will delete everything but the address.

Tip: Don't use descriptive name, like Guard Shack to describe objects. Instead find the right tag for the object, in this case the building tag could be building=security_booth

Also, when drawing buildings, they can be squared by selecting the outline then just type a "q" - they'll look much nicer squared.

Do you know what kind of curb, raised, lowered, or flush is at Monroe Street and Gardner Road?

Good edit except you left a way untagged. You removed all of tags for a residential street named Elders Road Southeast.

I changed it to a service road. If it doesn't exist, feel free to delete it.

My first choice is to go with how the road is signed. You can use alt_name. It's not rendered but the nominatim search engine will use it.
