I think you intended to tag the individual apartment buildings as building=apartments. You could add name= to each building if they have names like A, B, C, etc. Use landuse around the entire complex to add the complex name. If you need help let me know.

Private roads like these are normally classified as highway=service + service=driveway.

Bus stops should not be connected to power lines as yours is. Also the name should be the name of the bus stop, like "Safeway & Hwy 99" If you don't know the actual name, just omit the name tag. Can you fix this?
