I'm reverting this edit so the address and building can be reused. If the building has been removed, feel free to delete it.

(access=private) I agree those marked highway=residential are probably just logging roads and can either be tagged as highway=service + access=private or highway=track + access=private. To add a gate, just add a node where the gate is located and tag it as barrier=gate. I can revert your changeset if you like so you can make the changes.
