There is a address node on the building. We did that when there appears to be multiple addresses in the building. Is 2203 the correct address for the building? Are there other addresses inside?

Why did you make this street private? It looks just a like a typical city street? Access private would be appropriate for a driveway or possibly a development. For more information check out access=private

An animal hospital should be tagged amenity=veterinary
see amenity=veterinary for more info.

Nice edit - a couple of tips - We don't really have any living streets in the US. It's mostly an Europe thing and when adding street names - we spell them out instead of abbreviating. (Software can easily abbreviate names but has a hard time un-abbreviating)

One other thing I noticed - The county thinks the road is called Morgan Creek Road that makes a loop off of Salmon La Sac Road. Although they are not infallible.

Ditto what user_5359 wrote. I did add more info from the shops website.

One suggestion - Use full spelling of street names instead of abbreviations. Software can easily abbreviate but has a hard time doing the reverse. If you look around, all of the street names should be spelled out. Good Luck
