It looks like you extended the school bdg over the existing service road. If the road extends through the building, it should be tagged appropriately. see tunnel=*

when you added the hotel you also added a turning loop to the far eastern node of the hotel. Also - you have a duplicate hotel node that should be merged with he building.

And I'm not sure why you removed the service road into the hotel.
