FYI - King County does not indicate that this is a residential street. See https://gismaps.kingcounty.gov/iMap/

Some suggestions for improvement - first driveways are by nature private so the access=private tag is not needed. Second, by tagging it residential but leaving the service=driveways is confusing. My guess is the road should be tagged as a highway=service + service=driveway. Being local - just look for a street sign. If the road has a street sign then it's likely a residential street. Lastly addresses are either a node or tagged on a building. They should be tagged on streets.

Let me know if I've confused what you are trying accomplish. Otherwise can you review and update your edit?

Thanks

#TIP: Just a minor suggestion. Phone numbers should be entered with +1 206-123-4567.

I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.

#TIP: Instead of deleting the entire business, just delete the business tags keeping the address tags for reuse when a new business moves in.

Since the driveway is visible someone is likely to just add it back. I'd suggest adding it back in with access=private to keep routers from using it.

The office is right in the middle of a pasture. Good place to run a business out of.

Please fix this.

Thank you for your edit. I reviewed your work and it looks good. One suggestion. Rather than delete the existing lake, just retag and modify the geometry. That preserves the history of the object.

I don't know about the City of Kent licensing, but King County data is typically public domain.

#TIP: We spell out street names in OSM. The reason is that software has a hard time unabbreviating. The street name in this case should be 92nd Way Southeast.

#TIP: Instead of removing then adding back, just modify the existing building outline. That save the history and would have saved the address.

Can you add the address back. The old building was 12060 Northeast 100th Street, Kirkland 98033?

If it is legal to walk on the street then foot=yes is acceptable. However since the sidewalks are all mapped then it's kind of redundant.

Just to give you a sense of what can be accomplished for pedestrian mapping check out AccessMap.io. Created my UW Taskar Center to demonstrate what can be accomplished. Try to create a wheelchair route in downtown Seattle. It's amazing what the tool can do.

#TIP: The tag foot=yes|no is basically a permission for pedestrians to walk on the street. We have two ways of tagging sidewalks. The easiest is adding the sidewalk=both|left|right|no to the street. The better way is to map each sidewalk with the tags highway=footway + footway=sidewalk. This is better in the sense that the sidewalk become a routable path. See https://opensidewalks.com.

It's what I love about OSM - any tag you like :-)

All fixed now.

Question - why did you remove the fairway tag? Take a look at leisure=golf_course for help mapping golf courses.

#TIP: Besides changing the building type to church, you can also add the tag amenity=place_of_worship to the building. See amenity=place_of_worship for links to other tags that can be used such as service times and denomination.

Did you add the farm building because of the google image of the b2 plane? https://www.google.com/maps/place/39%C2%B001'18.5%22N+93%C2%B035'40.5%22W/@39.021748,-93.5948294,64m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xd87af7588b9c362e!8m2!3d39.0218056!4d-93.5945833

#TIP: driveways are normally tagged as highway=service + service=driveway. We consider any driveway as access=private so there is no need to add an access tag unless there are special conditions. Also driveways no not have a name. Can you fix this driveway? Let me know if you need help.

#TIP: highway=unclassified is basically a residential street in rural areas. Because OSM was started in the UK, we use their highway classification system.
