SE is usually added as Southeast. Please don't use other maps to verify data. It's likely that the data is copywrite protected. The exception would be local government maps, at least in Washington State.

#TIP: The building outline should just cover the roof. Can up redo the building? You can also create a polygon around the property and add the tag landuse=residential + name=name of apartment complex. Let me know if you need help

Can I make a suggestion to limit your edits before saving and uploading? Also, when moving locations, save and upload. Having edits on one changeset in AZ and Washington State are really hard to review. I'll send you more information in a message. Since I mostly review edits in Washington State it will have info that pertains to WA.
