That does sound bizarre. According to King County iMap, https://gismaps.kingcounty.gov/iMap/ each unit has just a distinct address. I made a change to the building, adding a name "Building A" and removing the unit number. Let me know if that sounds right. Is there a name for the condo complex? You could create a landuse polygon (area) around the buildings and add the name of the condo to it.

Much better. I went ahead and copied the building address to another node and removed the address from the building. Now when someone wants to add a business, they can just add the information to the nodes.

#TIP: OSM spells out street name, Stuart Circle Dr should be left as Stuart Circle Drive. The reason is that software has a hard time unabbreviating.

#TIP: having access=private on a driveway is kind of redundant since driveways are private anyway.

#TIP: Access=no means there is no access to the track. Giving bicycles access is confusing. If it's only used for bikes, I'd suggest changing it to a cycleway.

It looks like you created a building within another building. What many of us do is just use nodes for each unique address in a building. Can you fix this?

Again - can you add the building tag back?

I'm not sure what happened to cause the street to be broken into two, but I reverted the edit.

These appear to be building and should have a building= tag. Instead of building=yes, you could make it building=apartments. Landuse should cover the entire area of the apartments

#TIP: While landuse can be a node, it's usually an area. To fix, just draw an area around the new apartments and transfer the node info to it.

#TIP: When removing a building or business, keep the address as a node. It's likely future buildings will use the same address.

According to King County, 3411 W Government Way is at the original location. Can you move it back?

#TIP: It looks like you accidentally dragged a node. I went ahead and fixed it.

On gated service roads, add a node on the service road where the gate is with the tag barrier=gate. Unless there are signs posted with no trespassing, I tend to not add access=no tag. In this case because the service road ends, it's unlikely a router would use it for any other purpose than to get them to that location. On service roads that could be used as an illegal shortcut, add the access=no would be prudent.

#TIP: instead of using the note tag for website, just use the website tag. Let me know if you need help.

From the aerial imagery this looks like a track instead of a path. Just because it's on private property doesn't mean the access is private. Is posted with no trespassing signs or a gate to keep people out? If there is a gate, it can be added as a node on the path/track. Let me know if you need help.
