#TIP: Is the birthing center offered in the adjacent building, then you can just add a node to the center of the building. Let me know if you need help.

#TIP: Instead of a descriptive name, use an appropriate tag. You can find more information on the wiki, sport=swimming for information on how to tag a splash pad.

#TIP: if the building just contains one business you can just add the name and type of business tag to the building outline.

#TIP: That looks like an alley. Typically we don't add names to alleys unless there is a sign. If we do, the name is spelled out instead of abbreviated. The reason - software has a hard time unabbreviating. Can you review your edit?

#TIP: You can also add a node on the pier where the gate is located to further indicate that no one is allowed beyond the gate.

#TIP: When removing a business, it's best just to remove the tags with the business name but leave the address. Hopefully a new business will move in. Can you update your edit?

I noticed you tagged a lot of roads as access=private. Local governments typically describe roads that are not maintained by local governments as a private road. In OSM a private road is one that has a sign that says keep out or something similar. By tagging them as private routing engines likely won't be able to route right to the address.

Can I get you to remove the access=private tag? You could add an operator= tag to describe who maintains the road.

If these road have no trespassing signs then yes they should be tagged as access=no.

OSM wants to map any verifiable feature, including driveways. In some areas of the world, emergency services use OSM so having driveways is a good thing.

I would recommend just tagging this as highway=service + service=driveway. Just by tagging it as a driveway it is considered private. Tagging as access=no means not even you or your friends can be given routing instructions to use this way.

Did the trail get renamed? It was called the Tammi Wilson Memorial trail. I was even their for the opening. If it was renamed, then I'd suggest updating the name tag.

Looking at taginfo, https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/barrier#values, barrier=ditch +foot=yes, sounds like the closest to what you described. barrier=yes would always work. I would change the remaining section of the track to highway=path since no vehicles are going the rest of the way.

This is a new one for me. We have barrier=tank_trap. Take a look at the wiki, barrier=tank_trap and if this fits what they installed, can you change the node to barrier=tank_trap so that it's a recognized tag? Let me know if you need help.
