I asked for suggestions on how to tag Tailspin Tommy's. The suggestion was to tag it as a fixed-base operator. Doesn’t look like there’s an established tag for an FBO yet, just amenity=fixed_base_operator w/ a handful of uses, but there should be a good answer given how common and important they are in general aviation. In the meantime, they could also map the individual services, like flight instruction as https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/amenity=flight_school and fuel as aeroway=fuel. Let me know if you need help.

Tip: trails are usually mapped as highway=path. highway=footway is more like a sidewalk you'd find in the city. Can you fix it?

I also see someone uploaded gpx traces with no corresponding trail mapped. It's possible Strava has gpx traces that could be useful. At one time it was available as a background in our editors. Strava made some changes so adding in their traces is more difficult. You might find more information on the wiki, osm.wiki/Strava or Slack.

areas=yes isn't necessary. If it is a private runway, adding access=private would be appropriate. However, I don't believe I've ever seen one marked as private. When possible try to use tags instead of description.

Thanks for adding your address. Unfortunately Google would need to accept our terms, which would mean they would have to give their map data away for fee like OSM does. Adding your address will to OSM will help Apple, Facebooks and some other large companies.

If this is a driveway it should be tagged as highway=service + service=driveway. Add access=private if you want additional safeguards. Removing a road that is clearly visible from imagery just opens you up to someone else adding the road back in. If you look in OSM, we have over a 100,000 driveways mapped, mostly in rural areas in the state.
