Typically a residential road is a road with houses along side. Unclassified would be a residential road, but in the country with houses and business along side but not right next to each other. A service road is one used by property owners.

Tip: Adjust the imagery to match existing edits. Use the layer tool on the editors right and side. Every imagery seems to be off so adjusting it to fit will save time moving objects.
