The house you added is the size of dozens of houses. If you intended to show landuse, use the landuse=residential. Otherwise draw the house according to the imagery. I fixed it. Also we don't use descriptive names. The tags, like building=house, are sufficient.

Tip: add bollard on the path to tell routers that there is an obstruction in the path. I made the change. Since I don't know the park, can you add permissions on what can pass the bollard? Usually foot, and can include bike and horse.
