| 75532449 | about 6 years ago | Tip: use the layers icon in the editor to pick the best imagery for your edit. In this case the Maxar Premium shows the park and some houses. I modified the park to match the imagery. |
| 75493280 | about 6 years ago | Welcome to OSM. I fixed a number of footways that crossed through buildings and roads. From the imagery it didn't look like the path went through the building instead when between buildings. Imagery offset might be part of the problem. Also when a footway crosses a street it should be connected to allow routers to do their thing. I'll send you more info on OSM in a PM. |
| 75484085 | about 6 years ago | The two parks you added are not parks. At best it could be landcover=grass. I did keep the address and moved it to the landuse polygon around the apartments. |
| 75479751 | about 6 years ago | Tip: Instead of deleting an address node for the Siren Tavern, you could move the node to the correct location and add the bar info. Doing so help preserve the history of an object.

| 75425675 | about 6 years ago | Exactly. The work you are doing is helping another project I'm working on, mapping sidewalks for people with limited mobility. See opensidewalks.com and AccessMap.io. Both are products of the UW's Taskar Center. |
| 75425675 | about 6 years ago | Good point. Yes steps are usually bi directional. What adding incline= does is tells the router how the connection works with the footway. Normally on one set of steps it would be needed, but with this arrangement I can't tell how they connect. Then again it could just be me. BTW - Thanks for the updates in a beautiful part of Seattle. |
| 75425675 | about 6 years ago | Thanks for improving the footway by adding in the steps. Could you also add in the tag incline=up/down to indicate which directions the stairs head? Look for the arrow to indicate direction then either add incline=up or down according to the arrow. You can also reverse the direction of the way if you don't like the direction. I haven't been down in that area in years so I can't really help.

| 75344681 | about 6 years ago | Wetlands are normally tagged as areas not point as are the wooded areas. you can fix it by drawing an area around the feature then just transfer the tags from the node to the area. Also - your changeset comment called this a retention point. These are usually tagged as landuse=basin + basin=retention. Again it should ideally be mapped as an area. Let me know if you need help.

| 75345270 | about 6 years ago | Tip, when the sidewalk crosses another street, like the driveway, the sidewalk should be connected to the driveway. That allows routing engines to use both ways. Also, if a footway is parallel to a street, it needs another tag footway=sideway. i went ahead and fixed this.

| 75370608 | about 6 years ago | I've contacted the store owner asking for help identifying the company making these garbage edits.
|
| 75307468 | about 6 years ago | According to the county, 27th Avenue is a public road and should not be marked as private. If you disagree let me know. I updated OSM.

| 75268762 | about 6 years ago | My recommendations would be to revert these SEO spam. As long as we keep fixing their edits, they'll keep adding spam. I do see that you have deleted some of them. |

| 75251478 | about 6 years ago | No problem. It is unfortunately a common occurrence. Rather than revert, I just moved the node back to its correct location. Good luck in class. Thanks for contributing to OSM |
| 75251478 | about 6 years ago | It looks like you moved a bus stop from 76th Ave W to the Winco on Hwy 99. Did you intend to do that? I haven't been there is sometime, but I don't recall a bus stop at that location. The rest of your edits in Lynnwood look great.

| 75251517 | about 6 years ago | Tip: You can square the building by selecting the outline then just type a "q". It will look professional.
|
| 75251550 | about 6 years ago | TIP: Unclassified are basically residential roads, but in rural areas. I believe what you intended was a driveway. I went ahead and made the change. Your other edits look great.
|
| 75251668 | about 6 years ago | FYI - landuse=forest is for timber production. natural=woods is probably what you wanted. I'll make the change.
