Landuse=residential is intended to cover the entire area, not just a house. Use building=house instead.

Tip: When outlining buildings, watchout for peaks. They look like they extend out, but only because the satellite is not directly overhead.

FYI - there is an app, StreetComplete for adding speed limits to streets. Personally I like using an editor like you did. But sometimes StreetComplete is just more convenient.

You added a number of landuse=grass areas that cover residential areas. Did you intend to do that or was it a mistake? Can you review your edits to make sure the landuse=grass tag is properly applied?

Tip: Rather than remove a feature then add another one, just adjust the boundary of the original. That will preserve its history.

I'm thinking of skipping this year. I love Minneapolis but may not go.

FYI - there is a WSDOT basemap available in JOSM. It's Washington Department of Transportation 2017. I'm waiting for the 2018/19 update which is promised by June 30th. Say Hi to everyone on the MS Team.
