Some of the ponds look to be basin=detention. Where the water is allowed to soak into the ground, while other areas look more like wetlands. I made some changes. Feel free to change them if you think I'm wrong

A trail should be a way tagged as highway=path + name=Craft Island Trail. As a stand alone node with just a name it won't be very helpful. Can you add the trail in? If you need help, just ask. I'll send you a message with more info.

The houses you added need to be changed to match the imagery. Each house should be a separate polygon. The roads you added look more like service. If the city takes care of them then they can be classified as residential otherwise they look like service roads, especially if they don't have names

I just read this article http://geoawesomeness.com/google-apple-maps-fails-killing-tourism-for-2-australian-towns/ - When I check using OSM's builtin router - it still takes the ferry route. It may be because motor_vehical is still allowed.

The bus stop should be add to the side of the road the stop is actually on.
