The housenumber should be a separate tag from the street. For example addr:housenumber=123 addr:street=West Main Street. Can you fix this as well as the others?

It looks like you added a building within a building. The better way would be to just add a point (node) at the entrance of the business. Can you fix it?

You should also add a node in the road where the barrier is and tag it as barrier=block. By adding the barrier you also let people know that not only shouldn't drive on the road, but it's physically impossible. Something emergency responders would like to know.

To tag a building or road under construction use the from object=construction so in this case it would be building=construction. see osm.wiki/Construction for more info.
We also don't use descriptive names. So name="under Construction" should be remove. Can you fix these?

Here is a tip for you. Buildings can easily be squared by selecting the outline then type an "s". Also, try to match the imagery. For example the Conoco gas station. The roof area should be separate from the convenience store. We tag the roof over the pumps as building=roof layer=1. (The layer=1 means you can also draw in a service road under the roof and routers will know that they aren't directing cars to drive into a building. I'll send you a message with more information.

@Nakaner - We've had discussions on this for sometime in the US community. Yes the wiki page and import was just put up. How long do you feel would be appropriate for us to wait? We had requests to get building up to aid in the recovery efforts. I expect many of these building will be deleted as people assess the damage from the storm.

Thanks for catching the error. I missed conflating the new outline with the existing. I will fix that.
