Welcome to OSM. OSM only allows features that can be seen which property lines can not be. The only exceptions are some administrative boundaries. You could add an address, but please, no personal information. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.

Do you remember where you got the name, Alice Hotel, for the building on the corner of S King St and Maynard Ave S? DWG received a report that it should be Alps Hotel. The hotel is tagged properly as a node. I'm guessing the building was once the Alice Hotel.

The building should match the roof line of the actual building. Can you fix it? Also, besides the name Roche Harbor Marine, can you add a tag as to what type of business it is? First guess it is something in the craft key or a shop. See craft=* shop=boat
