Hi, I have removed all of these duplicate motorways you have added. Please do not add duplicate or fantasy features to what is a public map. Thanks.

Given Busby is a village, West Busby is surely not a village as well...

If there are benches then please map them. This area does not come under the definition of a recreation ground in OSM.

highway=pedestrian or footway areas are used hundreds of times in Scotland let alone the rest of the world - it is the established mapping practice to represent these types of areas. Not sure why your game wouldn't understand the data correctly.

Changing it to leisure=park is not the answer because the entire area surrounding it is already tagged as a park. Don't get hung up on the "highway" tag, as that can have the value footway, path, steps, etc. which aren't to do with vehicles either.

I have set the areas around the fountain and Nelson's monument back to pedestrian and around the James Watt statue to footway.

Ok, I have reverted this changeset and also similar changes in Ayrshire. I think it's sensible to be consistent and follow the established tagging of POIs across the country, instead of just changing a tiny percentage of objects.

Hi, welcome to OSM and thanks for the edits. I've fixed some of the changes as you added a few duplicate objects and things that could be tagged in a better way.

I've changed it to a single cycleway, and kept the relation on it. If you think it should be highway=pedestrian + bicycle=yes then feel free to change it.

Though I did see this filtered street (amongst others) tagged as a cycleway: way/662932737

I would say that if there's no possibility of vehicles getting through, and so that it stands out on the map more, a cycleway is better - but both work. :)

Hi, welcome to OSM. Unfortunately I've had to revert your changes as you have dragged some roads across the map and also added some duplicate POIs.

Hi, welcome to OSM - thanks for the edit and for resolving the note! :)

Hi, I think a single cycleway would be best to connect these roads instead of four pedestrian ways.

Is this house really named "Shazeb's House"...? Same with Alex's nearby.

If node/5236651322/ is closed then the amenity=cafe tag should be removed

Hi, welcome to OSM and thanks for your edits. Just to let you know I've split the bowling green into two separate objects. Cheers

There's 535 banks in the UK tagged with name=Santander and 1273 pharmacies with name=Boots (compared to ~40 and ~100 uses of operator). I think it's safe to say that name= is the established tagging practice. Not sure what's to be gained by using operator instead of name.

Am I missing something? These are all clearly names of the shops/POIs. Not sure why you've made the changes as they were tagged in the same way as they are elsewhere.

Hi, welcome to OSM. Please be careful when making edits, as you have dragged some features across the map, see https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=67655280 - I have reverted this changeset.

Thanks for adding this :)

Be careful and watch you don't add duplicate features - I've removed this station you added as it is already mapped here: node/30558629 :)

Sorry, I forgot to include the link: way/671044929 This is the path I was referring to - it's not connected to the road.

67274919 almost 7 years ago

Right, but the national park boundary is already mapped here: relation/1957067 - thanks for changing it back. :)
Also, you should connect this "path" to the road - and since it looks like it provides access to buildings, it might be a track or driveway instead of a path?
