I think the important part is that the ways are for pedestrians and cyclists. I assume that you will find tractors for services in every park, but (most of ) the ways are not for the tractors, are they? If you want to point out the width you can use the width=* tag.

Hmm, in my eyes a footway within a building is a highway=corridor, but I now see that you have used that before and changed it later, so you seem to have a good reason for that unusual mapping (footway=corridor is only used here).
Do you want me to revert my change?
