I don't know what highway=residential you mean. My last comment was about

which is now highway=path and vehicle=destination
Bing seems to show a car next to the node
node/262313444, so the way is wide enough for cars. That's why I suggested highway=service for it.

Nach meinem Verständnis ist eine Verzögerung kein Grund für ein anderes Tag. Falls es gar nicht mehr "proposed" ist, dann besser den Weg löschen oder statt eines highway=* nur eine note verwenden.

The explanation (?) did not help me as well,
it seems to describe everything around this small part of a normal looking road, but not the tag highway=junction.
Anyhow, I'm about to give up asking, it seems that you (Govanus) have your very own view of things, I think of you as an artist who uses OSM like a brush to draw pictures.
