What did you mean with ele=2 ?
This tag gives "Elevation (height above sea level) of a point in metres."
Is this the distance of the bridge to the road below? If yes the value seems too low for me.

The tag winter_road=yes says that the road is only usable in winter. The highway tag should say how it is used in winter.

I see that you have problems mapping this place.
You shoud not use the highway key on a type=multipolygon relation,
Also highway=passing_place is probably wrong here.
If I got that right you should use leisure=park + name=Largo venticinque aprile
for way/491143217
and maybe add some natural=tree
Use simple ways for the footways.
I only know it from sat image, so I can't say much more.
