You used highway=* on a waterway=dam here. I think it should be highway=unclassified as the roads to which it is connected, but maybe the road is somehow special?

You have added a roundabout with highway=* here. I fear the wiki for junction=roundabout is missleading:"Also tag the roundabout and approaches with highway=*, the same as the connecting roads."
Whenever you find highway=* in the wiki it means something like "highway tag with a reasonable value". I've changed it to highway=secondary now.
