As these ways are not connected to any other highway I've changed the highway=towpath to a note for now.

The tag highway=tour is rarely used,
if you know better what it is, please change it. The word tour doesn't mention the vehicle. I assume it is a highway=path,bicycle=yes,foot=yes ?
