ja, das Problem haben viele mapper, und jeder findet seine eigene Lösung :-(.
Ich versuche gerade, es wenigstens auf einige wenige Varianten zu reduzieren, damit man die Tags besser per Programm auswerten kann.
In der tagging Liste wurde bescholssen,
dass ein Weg besser kein highway=* tag bekommt, wenn er nicht mal "proposed" verdient hat. Ich ändere daher solche tags zu einem osm.wiki/Tag:note=...
