When you look at the statistics for localisation at translatewiki, http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:OpenStreetMap/stats/trunk , you will find that Occitan and Indonesian have substantially localised Potlach. The localisation is way below 30% (less then 4%).

My question is, would it be best to promote the localisation of the Website at translatewiki ??
