The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Komoot, which uses OSM for its data, shows this path is almost flat. But there is actually a very steep incline here. Either elevation is wrong or the path is marked in a wrong place. Unfortunately I have no GPS data to support it.
