Added Eritrea's name in Tigrinya and Arabic, which are official in Eritrea. I am doing this so that Eritrea is consistent with other countries, for example: China on OSM is in Chinese. So Eritrea, indeed, should be in Tigrinya.

Added Canada's name in Cree, Inuinnaqtun and Inuktitut, official in NWT and Nunavut. I did the same thing another time - although someone reverted it because they thought there should only be 1 name, however in some countries (e.g. Egypt) there are 2.
