There is a pedestrian / bicycle access from the end of Fradd East Road to allow for pedestrians and cyclists to access the Stuart O'Grady Bikeway.

The pedestrian/bicycle access via the underpass is actually a continuation allowing for a walk or ride through from one side to the other side under the expressway, though the continuation of the access is not shown on the mapping correctly.
