Is these underground tunnels suppposed to be visible like this?

Er ikke denne veien fra Flyplassvegen opp til Frits C. Riebers veg riksveg 580? Sånn jeg ser det fra Statens Vegvesen sitt kart. Fra rundkjøringen mellom Fanavegen og Flyplassvegen og ned til Rådalskrysset vises det som fylkesvei 546, og ikke RV580, som det nå er klassifisert som på OSM.

The hut is currently tagged as "shelter" (because that was the type of the POI I replaced). I am wondering if it should better be a "tourism=wilderness_hut" because it provides a fireplace (see also shelter_type=basic_hut). Or is there some agreemant to use "shelter" instead for these huts in Norway?

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
