Did I say anything about banning? Edits during import will slow it down significantly. Just wanted to notify you of this. It's much better to improve the N50 data after import if needed. I stay away from municipalities with a lot of manual data even it if is badly mapped with offset aerials. Just to much work to merge/replace. The import is far from automatic and each of my uploads are results of about an hour of work. So far I've spent 3 weeks importing water for the municipality. After that I will probably spend another 3 week adding other landcover. N50 is not perfect, but it is much better than the extreme lack of data that is in OSM today. It would take mappers a decade or more to add the data contained in Kartverket N50. N50 data from after 2000 are actually pretty good considering the scale of 1:50000. It can be used later to see if the aerials are good or not. Wonder what kind of semantic nonsense you are talking about, but this is not the place for such discussion.

No point editing stuff in this area. it will be replaced with official data. Wait until the import is done and then you can improve it if needed. DG Premium is still not properly georectified so it will be offset in many places.

The roads in Bing are where they should be as it is official data.

Its all good. Much of the roads are being imported from official free data. Just takes time as we do not have many active mappers and only some know how to do this properly. Automatic import is bad so has to be done fairly manual.

Same goes for water, coastline and landuse. Though this data is only at 1:50000. Though recent updates to this data is pretty high quality.
This part is done in sets of one municipality at a time.

Basically if you see roads/ways or changesets with "Kartverket" and/or "NVDB", then do not change unless surveyed. Same goes for address nodes even though they do not have this source. These are also imported from official data and 90% of the nodes are placed at the entrance.
Good for judging if the aerial imagery is good or not.

Please stop Bing mapping Norway if you have no idea how to. Bing is terribly offset in many places and you're wasting time.
You even completely ignored the raw GPS data for roads which would tell you Bing is not good here.

Du må passe på primary og secondary når du importerer. Her har du endra fv43 og 461 frå primary til secondary.

Fv455 og 459 er "primary" då det er skilta fylkesveg. Dette bør ein sjekke under import ;)

Please do not alter road class in countries you do not know. All E routes and national roads in Norway are classed as trunk road in OSM.

Temporary er ikkje i bruk. Er vel conditional som gjeld. Ikkje mange som støttar conditional endå...

I see you actually added the addr tags to building. This creates duplicates as we use separate nodes in Norway.

Please do not move house number nodes to buildings. they should be left as separate nodes. Helps verification and updates from official data later.

Stop breaking map with Bing mapping. Bing is not to be used unless you know it is properly georectified. The road was already lined up with official data from the Norwegian Mapping Authority.

Really not needed in a route going back and forth between A and B.
