Started realigning Skyline Luge track with sat imagery. Addind definition to it as well. WIP!

Removed tags related to motorsport on a summer toboggan track. Busan's Skyline Luge track needs to be realigned with imagery. Some polishing will do it some good too.

Added an peak elevation marker. No name, officially it doesn't have a name but locally known as Flying Mile, for the ski trail of the same name.
