these building outlines were not registered with the satellite image correctly. WHICH IS CORRECT?

removed a bunch of crazy false-positive building detections by someone's automated software that didn't work very well. Bunch of tiny detections on trees and such.

Pierce County records has it at -122.5227606,47.2844157,3820,N WHITMAN ST,,Tacoma,,WA,98407 but I can't control the exact position of the Node by entering the numbers. Wish for a way in the GUI; seldom used feature request, but others would use it.
