Hello Péter.
I Reviewed this task (changeset)
A few remarks. The objects you mapped as a ruin are often a cattle yard. Open space with a fence around it. Sometimes next to a small building.
There are also several round buildings to map
Take a look at this picture.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PJMTFwKrYrcrSC9mn31GuysS_4YhcQ0R/view?usp=drive_link

P;ease do not connect nodes of roads to other features like landuse area.
See the wiki Highway Africa when to tag a trace as 'track' minor roads inbetween a settlement are most to be mapped as 'path' or when it is wide and connect parts to each other as 'unclassified' Residential is more for urban places.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Please be sure an object is a building. Here you mapped 2 trees as a building.

check the object. check for rooflines, shadow and proof of living activity like a piece of lighter ground around an object, or paths leading to it.
On another changeset you mapped 3 pieces of farmland as a building. No proof of any building .
Best regards and keep mapping

Hello. thanks for mapping.
A small remark. Please do not map a single tree . No need to map them

In general, landuse objects span often multiple tasks squared. TM4 is not the good system to map them because you are limited to a single task. These mappings need to be done by mappers with local knowledge in OSM direct.
Best regards

We welcome you as a new mapper.
Thanks for your contribution to this project.
This changeset is reviewed by a Global Validator to check that the tasks has been mapped in accordance with the quality standards of HOTOSM.
We cannot expect from a new mapper that he/she delivers high-quality mappings from the start, so we offer some guidance.
Please pay attention to next summarized issues. (see attached document with examples for more info)
not accurate mapped ( a bit oversized )
includes the shadow of a building into a mapping.

Explanation can be found on this document what might be helpful to improve your mapping skills

Hello Nellie. Thanks for mapping.
Honestly, your mappings don't meet the quality requirements. Often very sloppy mapped and not squared. Don't you use a mouse? You can hardly map precise by using a touch screen.
And : quality prevails above quantity

Hello. Thanks for mapping. Rather fair mapped. However, please square each rectangular building with the Q key.
Many buildings have a roof plan with extensions; follow these lines. You often just mapped a rectangular building

Hola. Gracias por el mapa. Bastante justo mapeado. Sin embargo, por favor cuadrar cada edificio rectangular con la tecla Q.
Muchos edificios tienen un plan de techo con extensiones; seguir estas líneas. A menudo se acaba de asignar un edificio rectangular

Hello. Thanks for mapping. A remark.
Your mappings show an offset of 5 meter. Please check the offset in IDeditor.
Should be 0.0
And, don't forget to square each rectangular building.

Hello.
First of all, thank you so much for mapping on this project
Why this message? A team of validators reviews mappings to check if the mappings are according to the instructions and are free of errors,
Especially we pay attention to new mappers work to help them to avoid often made errors and provide guidance on how they can improve their mappings.

## In general, your mappings are fair.
A number of buildings You’ve mapped are not proper squared and inaccurate (oversized)mapped.
Pay more attention on accurate drawing the building and square each building with the Q key

* An advise, please map as accurate as possible, with corners, porches etc. Zoom in as close as possible.

We hope that this information is helpful to improve the quality of your mappings.

Thank you for helping the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT).

Frans S

*****HINTS & TIPS *****
* Sometimes, the project the TM manager imagery is very vague and bad to map from.
Use another Imagery like Maxar P imagery.

It is the most recent and shows more details where you can map from. Align it with the TM imagery (correct offset) and map all objects you can see. Then switch back to the TM Imagery and map the rest (mostly newer build or expanded buildings).
* Don't cluster a group of buildings by making it 1 building
* Always square your building (use the Q key in ID editor) except round huts and curved walls of course
* Don't connect buildings with nodes to highways (which is an error, roads do not go through buildings).
* Avoid connecting nodes of buildings to each other. (They mostly do not share walls).

* If you are new to HOTOSM, this webpage is worth reading
@bgirardot/diary/36235
For the Tanzania projects these are very helpful as well

Please see here for new mapping instructions

* Searching for and identifying of buildings is sometimes difficult. When you are mapping, switch on and off OSM data layer (shortcut ‘W’”) and zoom in and out as far as possible (Check which Image you can use) so you are sure not to overlook buildings, (often partly hidden under trees)

* Please take a look to this pages.

http://learnosm.org/en/hot-tips/tracing-rectangular-buildings/

https://learnosm.org/en/hot-tips/

* Check the Offset of the image you use. See instructions on TM3 to see how to do that

* If necessary, try to zoom in further. When you see white spots on your image, zoom out till the object are visible as well, or try another image. When working in JOSM, switch off the automatic zoom. (Right mouse button, check auto zoom off)

* When mapping buildings partly hidden by trees do not follow the outlines of a tree but extrapolate the building picture. Often there is a shadow on the ground near a building. Don' include these in your mapping.
*Communicate with HOTOSM
HOTOSM has a workspace and communication channel on SLACK
When you are interested, please ask for an invitation at SLACK HOTOSM

Hi. another issue.
you tagged narrow traces as footway. This tag is to be used in urban areas, separated footpaths in parks, etc.
Here, in countryland, just tag them as highway=path.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
This changeset is reviewed by a global Validator. There are some issues which have to be solved.
Connected a road to a residential area. This is an error ( you ought to have solved this . See the issue triangle)
Please connect outgoing roads to other ones on the border of the task.
Please also correct the offset of existing buildings and map the overlooked ones.
Best regards and keep mapping

Hallo EstherGeo.
Vriendelijke groeten

Hello Péter. Thanks for mapping.
Well mapped, however, please do not include a shadow of the building into your mapping.
You mapped a few very white spots along their borderlines. These white spots are the reflection of the sun on a building's roof. Just map it as a rectangular building within the white spot.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
When you map landuse areas, please don't let nodes connect to other feathers like paths. This are errors which need to be solved.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
You changed a trace, tagged as river, into a path. Why? The trace is clearly not a path, You can see that it meanders and is lower than the surrounding ground.
Please solve also the issues before you upload your mappings.
