Landuse features are not to be mapped on TM4 tasks, because your mapping is limited to the task you are working on.
On a map it looks weird. just a square with landuse features.

Despite it is possible to adjust the imagery so that it fit the buildings, it is not the best option. You move the whole imagery. Better is to move the buildings to the correct place.

Please do not add a layer to a building because you draw it that way that it crossed another building. Just adjust your mapping.
And, square all rectangular buildings you map.

You moved nearly all buildings a bit to the north (5-8meters ) so they don't match the underlying building on it anymore.
I corrected them.
