When you map highways (here between buildings, be sure to connect them to other roads nearby. Only by connecting them together, you get a network.
btw, be sure to square each rectangular building.
Do you use the building plugin ? This plugin makes nice squared buildings.

I am validating this task and have a remark.
You changed the tagging of a trace from Waterway=ditch to highway=path with many other tags.
When you take a close look at that trace, you can see a meandering river.(about 4-5 mtr wide)
I changed the tagging.
When you tag a road, like here, a path, just tag it as path. No further details required. At unclassified highways you can add a surface tag like, surface=unpaved (most common here)

Most of the tracks here are not important. No need to map them.

I am validating this task and noticed your change of road type.
You changed the road tagging from path to track. Track is to be used for access to farmland. waterways, woods ( Local use)
These are roads/pads connecting settlements. You can measure the width. Many parts of these traces are rather narrow, so 'Path" should be the correct tag.

And, don't use the tag footway on paths in rural areas. Just highway=path.
