I am sorry to say, but your mappings need to be improved to meet the quality standards of HOTOSM.
Please pay attention to next summarized issues. (see attached document for more info)
A: E: Inaccurate mapped and / or not squared.
C: Collecting multiple buildings and mapping them as 1 building.
You map in JOSM
Don't you have the building tool plug in installed ?
That plugin produces good squared buildings by default.

Explanation can be found on this document what might be helpful to improve your mapping skills

Please don't add a (your) name to objects. Just building=yes is enough.
Your name is connected to the changeset.
Please don't upload each building at a time. Collect them till you will finish.

Hello. A new mapper ! Welcome.
About your mappings.
You followed the traces accurate.
Please read this wiki how to tag highways.

As you see, you tagged the roads incorrect. Track instead of residential in roads lined with buildings. ( I corrected them)
Best regards

Thank you for mapping. You have correctly identified the location of most objects and mapped.

Hello, Thanks for mapping.
Please focus on required objects.
Natural areas, which spans a bigger area than a task square, are not to be mapped on TM projects.
Best regards and keep mapping

Hello. Thanks for mapping here.
You identified the traces here as paths rather than streams. When you check the wider area, you hardly see human activity here. More to the west and south are settlements, but no paths lead to this area. I changed the tagging into streams.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping here.
You mapped a few narrow traces as an unclassified road. That is too much honor for a very small trace.
I retagged it to path

You know the the open topo map imagery? That shows the elevations of an area. Usefull to find the direction of the flow.
Best regards.

A: E: Inaccurate mapped and / or not squared.
* Tagging of buildings. For HOTOSM projects, the standard tagging is 'building=yes' No text adding. Please keep that in mind at further mappings.

Please use the Open topo Map imagery to see where the flow of the waterways goes.

Most buildings are fair rectangular. Square them with the Q key when the object is selected.

Hi. Another issue.
Again about traces of highways.
try to connect them to other highways so that you make a network. Isolated highways cannot be reached by NAV systems.

140002395 over 2 years ago

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
You mapped the buildings quite good.
However, please learn how to tag highways. You tagged a few small paths as a highway or motorway,
Please follow these guidelines
Please map roads in accordance with this wiki
osm.wiki/East_Africa_Tagging_Guidelines
Do not over extract. Especially in roads / rivers networks there may be many paths / streams in the imagery. You are not requested to map them all, and most of the time you can trace only the main ones as explained in the instruction.
Main roads are to be tagged as highway=unclassified in general

As a general rule, keep in mind to map at 17-18-19 zoom scale levels for topographic data;

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
You forgot to tag the traces (paths) you mapped. Always tag a trace you map
I adjusted them

Please square each rectangular building with the Q key.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
You managed it to map several times the same building twice within half an hour. (2 changesets) So those buildings were duplicated.
I do not know how you managed that, but I think the last time you did not zoom in far enough, so the already mapped houses were hidden. Check the bottom line on iDeditor. It warns you when objects are still hidden.
Best regards

Hello Thanks for mapping here.
You mapped the road correct. however, the correct tag is highway=residential
Living road is for more dense urban areas with restricted access for vehicles.
Best regards
