Hello. Thanks for mapping .It is some time ago, but I want you to inform you about 1 issue
Do not add a layer tag to a building to hide an upcoming error because it crosses another building.
Just correct the building.

Please don't tag a >3 mtr wide trace as a path. Unclassified is a better tag here.

About crossings of waterway -highway
You marked them as crossing.
A crossing is used on highways.
Here the tag Ford, bridge or culvert, depending on the kind of crossing, has to be used.

Most of the unclassified roads you mapped are that narrow, that path is a better tag.

You know how to measure the wight of a trace ? in JOSM ?
Use the build a circular building and draw a line between the shoulders of that trace. On the bottom line you see the width.
