Another issue.
You duplicated 19 buildings which were already mapped. Check the lower status line. When it says there are hidden buildings, you did not zoom in far enough to see the already mapped buildings.|
Best regards

Please map roads in accordance with this wiki
osm.wiki/East_Africa_Tagging_Guidelines
Do not over extract. Especially in roads / rivers networks there may be many paths / streams in the imagery. You are not requested to map them all, and most of the time you can trace only the main ones as explained in the instruction.
Main roads are to be tagged as highway=unclassified in general

As a general rule, keep in mind to map at 17-18-19 zoom scale levels for topographic data;

A New Mapper ! Welcome.

I am sorry to say, but your mappings do not comply with HOTOSM standards and taggings.
Please pay attention to next summarized issues. ( see attached document for more info)
A: Not accurately drawn.
E: Most buildings are fair rectangular. Square them with the Q key when the object is selected.
Tagging of buildings. For HOTOSM projects, the standard tagging is 'building=yes' No text adding. Please keep that in mind at further mappings.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Please square each building with the Q key and don't connect nodes of buildings to each other.

Hello. Thanks for mapping ,
For hotosm projects the default tagging of buildings is Building=yes.
Please use that tag in future mappings.

Hello. Another issue.
You added a layer=1 to a building.
This tells us that this building is above ground level ! Is it ?
I don't think so. Just adjust the building so that it not cross or link to another building.

Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping on this task,
We welcome you as a new mapper.
Please pay attention to accurate mapping and square each rectangular building with the Q key.
Buildings need to be tagged as building=yes. (Default for HOTOSM projects)

Hello Pan-Nug.
My comments were about buildings partila covered by trees.
Now the recomended Imagery is Bing.
You can try Mapbox or Esri as well to find a better quality.
Mappings should be done on the Bing Imagery.
Best regards.

Hello Savinja.
I understand your comment about the outlines of buildings. When you gain experience, you will recognize buildings better. :-)
About the Imagery. At the start of this project. Maxar Premium was the recommended Imagery. (for many projects all over the world)
A time ago The Maxar Premium imagery was made unavailable for us ( safety issues ??) .
Since then, we fall back to other imageries, here Bing, with parts showing older areas. So it is possible that mappings with Bing as imagery show no buildings where a previous mapper could find and map them on Maxar P.
And then we have an offset issue as well. Don't change to much.
We try to deal with it.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
A remark. I noticed that you map buildings partly covered by trees along the tree lines. Just extrapolate the rooflines covered by trees.
Best regards

Hello, thanks for mapping.
On this task, the high-rise buildings are incorrect mapped.
You added a layer to a few buildings. (to hide that they overlap?)
You can see both one or more side walls and the roof. The Imagery is taken under a certain angle, so you can see more .
Often all visible walls and roofs are mapped as 1 building.
The correct way is to map the roofline and move the whole object on their footprint.

Hello. Thanks for mapping here
Many buildings do not appear to be rectangular, although they usually are.
This is an optical distortion in the image. Just make these buildings square.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Why did you remove the highway tack on well mapped highways ?
They were tagged as residential, however, taken the width into consideration, path should be a better tagging. I corrected them

Hi. Another point.
Don't alter or remove the hashtag with project info when you upload your work.
Just put your own comment after them on the same line.
