Hello. Thanks for mapping.
You are new to these activities?
Welcome.
Validators, I am one of them, review mappings to see that they are in line with the requirements and mapping rules.
A fe remarks here.
You let roads cross hedges. Or connect to a road. This is an error. Never let roads connect to, or cross a hedge. Just put a gap in that edge to let the road continue. (when there is a gate, it must be clear for us, otherwise just leave a gap)
Where a road is lined with a hedge, please map that hedge close to the road without touching it. (often both sides o a road),
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
A hedge is just a line. Not an area.
So, the correct tag is barrier=hedge.
Nothing more. I corrected them.
Best regards.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
A remark. Highways are always to be mapped as osm.wiki/Tag:highway=.... (path, unclassified, track)
Not natural= ...

Hello. Thanks for mapping. We welcome you as a new mapper.
A few remarks.
Never connect nodes of roads and hedges to other objects (like buildings)|
Where a road crosses a hedge, just leave a gap in the hedge.
Mapping isolated dwellings, hamlets etc., as well as residential areas is also required.
I added them.
Best regards and keep mapping

Hello Doug. Thanks for mapping here.
I Noticed that you are a new mapper. Welcome.
I am reviewing (new) mappers work to check that they in alignment with the instructions and mapping standards.
A few remarks.
A single building is just mapped as a place=isolated building which you tagged correctly. No need to add a tag marking it as a residential area. A residential area is to be used at a group of buildings, Hamlet. Village, Tonwn (depending on the size.)

About mapping Hedges.
Never connect nodes of hedges to highways. Just stop close to it. GPS nav systems cannot deal with these objects connected to a road.
In general, Never connect nodes of a building, wall, hedges etc to a road.
Where a road crosse a hedge, just make a gap on that spot. (reason, see previous line)
Where a road is lined (parallel) with a hedge, just draw the hedge close to it, without touching the road.
Sometimes difficult to decide what an object is what you observe. Here, you marked, as far I can recognize them, rocks as being a settlement. After gaining experience, it becomes clear to recognize objects.
I will correct the issues.
Best regards and keep mapping

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Please tag barriers=hedge instead of barrier=fence. Read the instructions about this subject.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
About mapping hedges ( here are no fences !)
you extended the hedges to other plots without proof of a hedge. Just map hedges where they are visible.

Hello again. When you map a barrier, don't add the tag "area=yes "to it.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
A remark. Be accurate where roads are mapped next to barriers (hedges) and avoid that they cross each other (gives errors because a barrier don cross roads normally)

Hello . Thanks for mapping.
A remark. When you map a road on the edge of a task which continues, please map that road a bit over the edge, another mapper on the adjacent road can pick it up en continue mapping.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Please don't map a cluster of buildings an isolated dwelling. This area should be mapped as a 'landuse=residential' and a node tagging it as a hamlet., village , depending on the size.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping on this project.
You mapped an already existing track (duplicated) and tagged it as a tertiary road.
This trace is at best an unclassified road or a track.
Check your knowledge about tagging highways here.
Best regards and keep mapping.

Hello.
When you add a hedge and it crosses a road, please leave a gap on that spot.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
You duplicated a track which was already mapped. Check the area carefully to avoid these duplicating mappings.
btw, This is not a 'tertiary road' . It is just an unclassified road or track. Check your knowledge about tagging highways, please.

Helllo . Thanks for mapping.
You mapped a track which already exists.
Didn't you noticed that ?
You added a straight line despite the track is not that straight. Follow the trace when you map roads please.

Hello again. Please forget my previous message. I had Mapbox imagery in front of me which did not show the traces.

Hello. Thanks for mapping on this project.
I am stepping in on this project and wonder what decided you to map the hedges here. I checked other tasks to know how hedges are recognized and mapped. In all cases, I checked there was a real visible trace of hedges.
I do not see them here. (not only on this task)
Please clarify this.
When I observe these plots, I notice clear fields (task 10), except for the mapped hedges on the south part.

Hi again. About the way you map.
I often noticed that you added an extra node (5th) on a rectangular mapping which connects to another building. Please take the time to map accurate without connecting nodes. Also square each rectangular building.
It cost me a lot of time to correct everything while it is so easy to map accurate.
Validate the task before you upload your mappings.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Please do not connect nodes of adjacent buildings to eachother. Keep the Ctr key down while drawing the building.

Hello. Thanks for mapping here.
You mapped 2 plots of bare land for buildings.
Check if there is a shadow which proofs that an object is above ground level and thus a building.
