Don't tag small waterways as a drain. (man made) in these areas. Stream is a good tag when you can jump over it, otherwise 'river

Hi. In general, you can say, when there is a crossing with a minor road, a ford is most common in these areas.
The imagery is mostly that clear that you can identify a bridge or a culvert .
