It's more the point of what do the locals call it? If they call it "Halsey" than that should be it's <name>, with the other options as alt / official.

Hi Jake. In this CS (which incidentally, you have called "dirt road"?) you have removed valid taxiway tagging & just tagged it as =yes, which is basically meaningless, & means that the taxiway n longer appears on the map. You've also mapped quite a few other taxiways but haven't added any tags to them at all, just left them drawn as a line. Could you please go back & check them all?
