The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

According to locals, all these streets do not have an official name. However, there is a sign that some locals put that says "Sector Vegas de La Clara". This is (according to what they said) not the official name. Note that Google maps calls all these streets "Via Vereda la Clara"
