The massive fence is all around that area as it is surrounding a parking space for construction machines; at this particular point there is no chance to get through even as pedestrian.
Was there with the bicycle without Smartphone to take a picture, but as you can see from other services satellite pictures, there is at least no continuous street.

StreetComplete erlaubt mir leider nicht das Hochladen von Bildern aus der Galerie.
Auf dem Schild steht "Sommer-Stockbahn", dies ist Stockschießen (ähnlich Curling, ohne auf Eis angewiesen zu sein).
Zwei Probleme also:
1) Stockschießen != Curling
2) Ich konnte weder das eine, noch das andere in OSM finden.
