Vicnames calls this road "Blackrock" (one word). Is Vicnames considered definitive, or do we need to check road signs before renaming?

I don't know how to label it, but all the little houses on the streets in this little Aviva Community are addressed as X/1-31 Furness Street (Where X should be replaced with a unit number)
