OsmAnd (navigation program) seems to have problems with this Billet Roundabout. It may be tagged incorrectly in OSM but looked fine to me. If heading West to East from North Circular then OsmAnd doesn't think it is a roundabout (just normal roads) so doesn't say "take xth exit" and instead has "bear right" until about half way around when it realizes it's a roundabout. East to West seems fine and is recognized as a roundabout.
